Now think about Broccoli or a vegetable you like, on a plate, ready to eat.

Compare the feeling of the junk food to the feeling you get from thinking about Broccoli. Now if the Broccoli feeling was better -- you are realizing how you can teach your brain to compare the way your body feels with different foods.

Alexandria gets slim again...


I hesitate to tell you of my results, I only assume they are typical. First Zen of Thin is a MIRACLE! In the past, I tried very hard with diet and exercise, and got either little results or no results.

Thanks for your encouragement. I weighed this morning and have lost another 5 pounds.

I hope you don't mind my reporting to you. Perhaps you have heard all this many times before and you already know what I'm reporting, but I find it very fascinating, not because it's me, but because it's such a wonder-filled way to open up hidden gates. So I'm being a working reporter again.

I am always one who does more than one thing at a time - classic ADD, I expect ;) - and so I tried listening to certain ones of your tapes w/ my new Christmas gift CD player as I walked on the treadmill. I believe I am able to do the change the set point and the metabolism CD well in this way.

I have intense concentration and tho' I would never close my eyes while on the treadmill I _can_ "go someplace else" while walking. I can stare at a "middle" space and "see" things that I can create.

Yesterday I did these two and got almost an hour walking and specifically created a dial for my metabolism like the one that increases the speed on the treadmill. I make the correct safe healthy for me color on the dial bright Green, like go, and if I turn it up too high for me that dial actually turns into pink and then wild red for danger. Such minds we have, eh? :)
